oh, btw, Monacatootha has no COUNTIES... and thus considers itself and other UN NationStates EXEMPT from the impacts of this resolution upon passage and encourages all other NationStates without COUNTIES to withdraw their objections and wholeheartedly endorse passage relying upon the rules of the UN to ensure enforcement in those UN COUNTIES where it will be in full effect.
