Police States
I propose completely banning all Police States from the U.N.
I feel strongly about this, as any country which ruthlessly herd it's people like cattle is not civilised. I will take my nation out of the U.N. if there is no vote on this.

1. You can't ban nations for internal policy, Otherwise where do you stop? Why not allow Fundemetalists or Conservatives to ban Liberals.
2. Oh please, Civilisation is relative. They are most certainly undesirable and I reccomend nations ban together to use pressure politically, militarially and economically to alter their policy.
3. No one cares what a nation as small as yours does. Sorry, but we don't. In fact, many nations would be more concerned at offending the giant police states like Belem. (Sorry Belem, But I needed an example.)

Banning them would be the mildest thing we would like to do to most of them. But it would set a dangerous precedent. Soon everyone would be trying to ban everybody they didn't like. Like us, for example. :cry:
First off, I dont think any one cares if you take yourself out of the UN, I know I dont. Second of all, police states are fun! It teaches people to listen to me, and listening to me is important.

police states aren't that bad. your confusing them with totalitarian states. police states are just nations that pwn your civil rights - like the US after 9/11

Surely it is up to the people of that nation to do something about it. If then a massacre occurs we should intervene but until then we should not bother ourselves with the affairs of police states.
