A resolution to increase the quality of the world's environment, at the expense of industry.

Description: Let it be known that the environment of our planet is being dangerously changed by mankind.
In that, mankind draws various gaseous materials, from the air itself and compresses it into containers, thereby, depleting the natural percentages, of said gas, in the atmosphere. As a natural balance is needed to sustain life on the planet, it is neccessary to insure the proper porportions of all gaseous elements.
It is therefor purposed that all nations prohibit the pratice of compressed storing of gaseous elements.
This is to be implemented in a staggered format. The Nations shall research ways where these elements may still be used for industry, medical, fuel and any other purpose without the need to compress and store these elements.
Research shall be done in order to harvest the said gaseous elements directly for the user's use. Any excess gas harvested shall be returned directly to the atmosphere, to insure the natural balance, as quickly and safely as possible.
This proposal will help insure the quality of atmospheric air to all lifeforms that share our planet.
