Would be a lot easier to answer if you posted a copy of your proposal so we know what you are talking about. Here I will do it for you:

Now I will tell you that I would have voted for it except for item number 4. That item, would legalize abortion, because it is a medical proceedure.

I cannot support it, on that item alone.

Thanks Saul 2 Paul for posting the proposal for me. Also I think you may be right about #4 but that wasn't my intention. In fact my first proposal was against Abortion but it didn't make it through. I think you could possibly use #1 to fight the abortion thing though.

P.S. I like your name, Paul is my favorite Epistle writer. I espescially like Romans.

1. The right to life - all human beings have the right to exist.
good.

2. The right to bear children.
good.

3. The right of free roam - no nation may intentionally prohibit (within reason)it's citizens from freely traveling within the nation or from voluntarily leaving the nation.
uhh... the "without reason" makes this point a little vague. does the government have to give explict reasons why ordinary citizens can't just barge into CIA headquarters? this point is fairly standard. as for leaving the country, what if the person is a suspected criminal? you need to add something along the lines of "unless suspected of illegal activity..."

4. The right to health - no nation may prohibit a liscensed physician from practicing medicine, nor may it prohibit it's citizens from patronizing said physicians.
fine... but physicians can still have their license revoked, right?

5. The right to education - all people, reguardless of sex, race or religion have the right to an education.
good.

6. The right to marry - all people have the right to legally marry one or more spouses (depending on the individual governments marriage laws).
good, but you don't need numbers or the "depending" part. that's implicit. "The right to marry" would suffice.

7. The right to worship - all people have the right to freely worship in the religion of their choosing.
good... though you might want to add "as long as the religious activities are not violent," though that itself can be inferred...

if this does not get voted on, make these few changes and try submitting it again. if you do that, i'd be all for it.
