I think that we need to raise the number of endorsements to submit a proposal to around 5, this is because the proposal list is clogged with proposals made by somoene with only 2 or 3 endorsements. The cloggins must stop, when there are 24 pages, and half of them are less than 3 sentences I become reluctenrt to look at all of them because half are spam.

this is a terrible idea and will effect people in small regions a lot because they won't be able to make proposals and they will have to move to a pacific region to make a proposal

Do you know, that until a few months ago you only needed to be in the UN to make an endorsement - imagine the backlog then!

I'm a bit confused how many endorsements does one need to make a proposal, I only have 3 don't have any proposals yet but ya never know

I doubt that would change things too much. The only real solution to stopping idiotic proposals is moderation.

You need 2 endorsements to get a proposal, currently, half of the proposals are short, and in my opinion a waste of space.

I agree proposals should be important not little 3 word things that mean nothing. I may be a Noob but, i still know a thing or to!

i think we should consult the committee on proposals as well as the committee on endorsments and have them form a new committee to advise us about whatever it was u r talking about.

sorry... (he he he)

i agree.

Try a less limiting way of doing it, perhaps extending the moderation boards power in deleting purposals.

You'd be amazed at how much of a point you can make with just three little sentences.

could we not limit the number of times members can submit proposals per month? would that help at all? or maybe a two tier system, so not all proposals reached UN delegates?
