It should be Welfare or Poor Privledge, but not civil rights. I guess the UN thinks Welfare is a right. I guess the UN thinks redistribution of wealth is a right. This rating is pure horse shit. Join the Anti UN.

I myself am strongly against welfare, but it's my first day in the UN so why would I leave now?
