I, Zeon Zum Deikun of the nation of Crossbone, Aldaria, has come forth with a suggestion on the issue of nuclear and biological warfare, the nuclear and biological warfare is a issue which we must fear, it can destroy the environment and cause big disasters.

To avoids this from happening I'm suggesting a law.

The law prohibits usage, possession AND research of nuclear and biological warfare.

Biological warfare is a very important issue yet to be spoken off because it might kill lots of civilians.

I hope for the fellow UN members support on this proposal.

Credonia believes that any nation has the right to defend itself in a manner that suits them best. If they would like to have nukes and biochemical weapons, let them. If they want to use them, or have no choice but to use them, so what, as long as the reason for using them is justified. Its just another deturrent from war, but when that deterrent no longer stands and you have no choice to use them (against a nation thats not in the UN and posesses nuclear weapons) then, excuse the language, your just fucked up. That would be a horrible situation.
