"Cannabis Act of Commerce"
A resolution to reduce barriers to free trade and commerce.

Description: This proposal is meant to strenthen and boost commerce between regions and counties that have legalized Marijuana.
In turn Id like to ask the stricter nations to except are Hemp goods, such as Oils, Fabric, and Medicinal.
1. Each Legalized country will have un-prohibted ability to set taxes and such to there own crop for recreational use.
2. a set price for hemp oil per barrel will be set when the commitee can make a visable standard. As the same with Fabric/Textile production.
3. Non-Legal staes will be given a reduction in Hemp tax so they might have the chance to boost there Import security. This will reduce incidents of narcotics leaking into country.
4. Medicinal produced Cannabis products will be evenly taxed for all countries do to it least produced and least used. As progress in this feild increases prices will marginaly increase.
5. This proposal in no way includes narcotics not listed as Cannabis product. All countries will make minor increases in import/export security to safe guard against this.
I think in turn all nations will feel experience a boost in there economy and it will be very beneficial. Sure there is a bit of spending involve but I believe the profit will topple the loss drasticaly.
Id like the ask the all Delegates from the smallest regions to the largest
to lend a vote of support to the broading of todays Economy and the untapped resorces we could capitalize on.
So I ask you find the proposal marked "Cannabis Act of Commerce" and approve a greater economy for your lands future and mine.
