Description: This proposal is to at least double the amount of money spent in each nation on the military budget and/or police spending. If this proposal is taken into effect it will allow each nation to create weapons of mass destruction to be used at each nations members discretion. This proposal will allow the nations to build multiple items such as Nuclear Bombs, ICBM's, and Nuclear Torpedos to be launched from Submarines or Boats. This in turn will also require the creation of a Navy or some kind of Naval Force.

Personally I'm against this because your impeding on National Sovereignty and allowing the UN to dictate member nation's budgets (a very, very dangerous precedent!) also some nations are pacifists and do not agree with having a military in the first place.
