I think teachers safely and surely being able to organize unions would bring great benefit to "Balfazar"...

Providing such un-restrained freedom(basicly placeing Unions outside the law that applies to every one else) to what amounts to special interest groups ( Unions) who , more likely than not, may only be representative of a small portion of any nations population and who approach all issues from but one general perspective is a recipe for disaster.
What about the rights of non union workers ( or will all workers soon be forced to be in unions If this Resolution passes?)
What about the Rights of Employers to govern their companies the best they can to ensure profitability for their thousands of share holders Large and Small?

There is a happy medium between Workers Rights and Employers Rights, but this Resolution far exceeds that viable medium.

Please AnteNicea STRONGLY Urges every Member nation to preserve the totality of your nations and your peoples Freedoms and Vote NO on this Resolution!!

I'm not convinced by your reasoning, so maybe you could explain the following:

Providing such un-restrained freedom(basicly placeing Unions outside the law that applies to every one else) to what amounts to special interest groups ( Unions) who , more likely than not, may only be representative of a small portion of any nations population and who approach all issues from but one general perspective is a recipe for disaster.

How does this proposal place unions outside the law? Particularly as clause 6 sates:

In exercising the rights provided for in this resolution workers and their respective organizations, like other persons or organized collectivities, shall respect the laws of their nations.

The proposal allows workers to organise themselves into unions (ooc: something that every democratic capitalist state allows in RL anyway, so I really can't see what the fuss is here).

What about the rights of non union workers ( or will all workers soon be forced to be in unions If this Resolution passes?)

Where does it say anything about non-union members? Stop making up things up.

What about the Rights of Employers to govern their companies the best they can to ensure profitability for their thousands of share holders Large and Small?
There is a happy medium between Workers Rights and Employers Rights, but this Resolution far exceeds that viable medium.

What? Allowing workers to form unions, and not lose there jobs because of it, gives workers excessive rights?

Stop pretending you want a happy medium. You do not. You want unfettered rights for employers, whilst you would afford workers only those rights that were gifted to them by their employers.

And what freedoms would you be preserving in AnteNicea exactly?

Was it Twain who said he would rather be judged according to the enemies he had created than his friends?

"There is a happy medium between Workers Rights and Employers Rights, but this Resolution far exceeds that viable medium. "

What? This resolution expresses the normal state of affairs in all mature democracies - it just states some basic rights that are common throughout Europe.
