InseparableHuman Rights!

The UN has an obligation to protect inseparable human rights. One of these rights is to own and protect property. The UN should pressure its member nations to pass laws reflecting the basic rights of humans to have legal protection over their belongings. People should have a right to decide how to use their own resources without forceful outside influences.

You do know you just contradicted yourself correct?

The UN should pressure its member nations to pass laws reflecting the basic rights of humans to have legal protection over their belongings.

Ok..but then...

People should have a right to decide how to use their own resources without forceful outside influences.

erm..wait a sec..wouldnt the UN be considered an 'outside influence' since it is not the ruling governmental body of any nation (like yours or mine) ??

Rethink that a bit (and also check past apssed Resolutions) and then repost it. You're going along a good line, just lost it in the end is all.
:D

you could say its a contradiction because the UN is forcing people to make decision for themselves, but its not a very strong contradiction. secondly the point of the proposition is to make the UN contradict itself because it denies individual human rights.
