I ask of all UN nations to give their approval to my proposal, UN Disposition Act, a serious proposal. The following is the proposal in its entirety and unabridged.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UN Disposition Act
A resolution to restrict political freedoms in the interest of law and order.

Category: Political Stability Strength: Significant Proposed by: MBCRCN
Description: The reason for this proposal is for the UN to do it's main job, to maintain global peace and stability.

1. All land disputes, trade disputes, arguments, accusations, and serious criminal prosecutions and/or extraditions (i.e., mass murderer(s) from one UN country being caught by another UN country and being denied extradition) by two UN countries or more must hereby be sent to a UN Court of Law and see trial by either 1) a jury of international peers 2) have a trial by a certified UN judge or 3) delegates from each UN country meet in a UN Conference to find a peaceful solution to the problem. If a UN delegate fails to abide, the UN will decide what actions are appropriate for the situation,

2. If war between one or more UN countries presides without a UN Conference or without the approval from the UN, then UN Peacekeeping troops will be sent to the disputed nations in question, and a further UN Conference will take place to decide what the punishment(s) for the disputed nations shall be and to see if further action is necessary.

3. If a UN Conference is conducted and the UN sees fit that a criminal be extradited to his or her country in which they did the crime and the UN nation in question does not extradite the criminal then the UN will have another UN Conference to see what action should be taken to extradite the criminal and/or punish the nation which broke UN orders.

4. All people that break a UN law on UN soil will be attained and persecuted on UN soil and will ONLY be tried in a separate UN nation when the criminal specifically targeted people, things, and/or animals of that UN nation. To decide whether or not the criminal did target specific people, things, and/or animals of that UN nation the UN will have a short and speedy trial with 12 international peers and will need the agreement of 9 of them or more to come to verdict.
