Comrades, the world needs better rights of trade and farming support Farmers Rights 1A. The following is the resolution in its full.

With the world coming into one community and striving to move away from the nuclear arms race and into other production there may breed jealousy among have not nations. To protect the most vital life line of food and set up the following guide lines among civilized nations.

1-Any nation which is deemed a farming nation may not mark their products up more than 200% to keep all food items affordable by even the smallest nation.

2-Any nation whose sole source of income is the cash from the selling of crops shall be off limits to attack from any outside force. Any nation that knowingly attacks a another nation with out a true military force should be retaliated against to deter further acts of this sort.

3-All large manufacturing nations that have shortage of food and often buy their food from the farming nations should never try to use their military might to get food for free, this should also be an act that needs UN attention.

4-All nations large or small should be treated the same under this resolution, helping to destroy some of the barriers between nations and bringing the world closer together.

There should be some limits on this one. If the farming nation is being aggressive, or if it is committing some similar act, it should be able to be stopped.

There should be some rights that apply to farmers within a nation, not just entire countries that are devoted towards farming.

I understand your point, but I'm going from the stand point that farming heavy nations do not have a large army, If a nation of farmers is being agressive militarily, theres a chance their larger income is sales of weapons

What about nations in which the government does not control prices, but rather the individual sellers? Why should their right to set the terms of distribution of what they produce be infringed upon (hint: it shouldn't)?

2-Any nation whose sole source of income is the cash from the selling of crops shall be off limits to attack from any outside force.
Ideally, shouldn't that be the case for every nation?

Well, at least that would put an end to the DEA's war in Columbia, because that country's only income is from its cash crop....

That’s a good point. They could potentially attack other, less powerful farming nations, and run people down with tractors and murder them with their pitchforks.

Farmers should have the exact same rights as other people. No more and no less.
