Does anyone else feel that if a country that founds a region ceases to exist, the country that has been there the longest should gain regional control:?:
Nope. The policy on missing founders is pretty clear: if you loose the founder, then evacuate the region, let it die, then recreate it with a new founder.
Furthermore, modalert for moving to either Moderation or Technical. I'm not sure which is better suited for this.
