Instead of the max being 2, it should be 4.

All I am proposing is that the max issues a day be changed to 4. It will certaintly make the game more active than it currently is. I hate waiting a day for another issue.
I'm really getting sick of having to tell people that making game mechanics proposals achieves nothing. All that'll happen is that you'll be warned for doing so and if you try it again you'll be warned again and so on until you're ejected from the UN.
If people would read the thread "Before you make a proposal" before they decide on a proposal, life would be a lot simpler.
We must temper our desires. If we are inundated with issues then we will cease to appreciate the quality ones we have. And then all the fun will be sucked into space.
