2003 Sovereignty Act
A resolution to increase democratic freedoms.

Description:
Recognizing that:
1. All independent nations governments in NS have the right to govern thier individual nation as they see fit
2. The stability of a nations borders are necessary to self-governance
3. A nation must be secure within that border and not beholden to the government of another nation

It is therfore propse by The Jingoistic States of Wooly-Bully that the 2003 Sovereignty Act be passed. This would allow that no nation may set aside lands within the borders of any other nation for any use, that no nation will establish laws to only be enforced within another nations borders, or that no nation may interfere with the lawmaking process, or law enforcement within the borders of any other nation.
