Recently I’ve felt the need to suggest some legislative reform. The resolutions that I seek to reform are either ill conceived or so vague as to be rendered essentially unenforceable. My intent is for the suggested reform to be for the benefit of all. My suggestions are made in the interest of national sovereignty and personal freedom.
