The strength of one's country not only comes from its reigning businesses but from the youth that are the upcoming business workers. In years to come, when the present leaders are all come and gone, our youth will be in control of our countries. They need to be educated properly on how to run a country properly. The proposal is that a program called the UN Youth Delegates will be initialized in each country. This will be that whenever major decisions are made, the country's youth are also included in the country's decisions. Each country would have there own selection program as to find out which strong youth candidate would be selected for this large duty. Once a candidate is selected, they would attend all meetings with your UN delegate from your country. They would have the right to freedom of speech. Of coarse, they would have to be educated before as how to properly address the UN council. This would add a whole other opinion to the UN and change some of our decisions to best fit the upcoming peoples of our own nations. This also trains that delegate to take over your own country, making it a win-win situation.

Unfortunately, young people lack the worldly experience necessary to make such important decisions and are too often swayed by emotional appeals, appeals to patriotism and jingoism, and influential (but often wrong-headed) adults around them.
