We shouldn't need to make a law that allows for humor. Humor is not against the law as it is, so why make the world more complicated?? If there's nothing against it, then it's allowed, correct?
The UN has gone completely off their rocker. Some of the proposals now are very idiototic and the Armed Republic of Jere has standing orders to reject everyone of them until one with sense is made.
Bureaucracy kills! We can not regulate everything, nor should we.
