Right to Humor
Well, this resolution is rediculous. It allows full freedom in one sentence, then takes it away with loopholes (common decency, hurtful to individuals and groups). In other words, you have freedom of speech unless I don't like what you're saying. Total BS.

well, considering that our country is a nudist colony, we definitely need humor. dare I suggest that we all could have a little more humor in our lives. besides, the wording of the proposal suggest that the author would not appreciate good humor, nor understand it?
what a stupid proposal, is this kindergarten or the UN?
