The delegate who has made this proposal can be applauded if his intent is to protect our environment. Perhaps it is. It seems obvious that it is also his intent to reduce UN policy making to the level of a 15 year-old 6th grader making up new rules for the recess games that are ridiculous, but threatening his 11 year-old classmates should they not accept them.
This proposal is far too vague, far too invasive, far too subjective and far too STUPID for anyone with a brain to approve.
For the sake of the credibility of this body, please vote NO.
