The right to free basic needs
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.

Description: In the world today people are getting their water turned off, there garbage not taken, and their electricity cut off. With these conditions being placed upon the poor, diease is spreading and hygiene is going down. People are dying because the government wants a few more dollers. If this issue is passed, then it will be illegal for governments to take away basic needs.

you make agood point. but i think that if the un came to my nation and told me to turn people's power back on and the like, i would have a sevear problem with people living on "the system". maybe if there was some kind limitation. like u.s. welfare has, 3 years and your off i think. i mean if people need a hand up, (not a hand out) and a charity is unavailable, then yes, there should be a temp gov assitance program
