Actually, it started out as a mildly humorous response to Middle-Earth's rather sweeping "all walks of life" proposal, but it was meant to be on topic if you got the point

No way, I didn't leave I just thought a message for a proposal looked stupid aainst lyrics for a song, so I kept it on a lighter note. :D

This proposal has been approved by my nation and it's neighbors...please review for your consideration...

I give forewarning however, that this proposal reflects upon all sentient life and not limited to "human rights".
