Proposal to ban "Tree Hugger" issues.
The nation of Calamshan would like to propose the anti-tree hugger bill. The bill includes the following.
1) any envrionmental legeslation must spell out specifically what it considers a danger. For example what specific chemicals it deems "toxic".
2) Any legislation made for the environment cannot include "fines", especially for nations that are in early development.
3) No legeslation that inhibits a nation from competeing in the global market.
Sorry the title should read "limit" not "ban"

I support this. Too bad it changes game mechanics

What would an enformcenet mechanism be? I left the UN because of tree-hugger issues but common law property rights lawsuits are the only way to help the environment without trampling over individual rights.
3) No legeslation that inhibits a nation from competeing in the global market.
Don't worry; we've abolished our tariffs and sanctions already. :lol:
