To all delegates from the Dominion of Exetonia. I have just put in a proposal for a new act on Uranium and research being done on it for power and medical reasons. Please support thsi act as it will add to the existing medical acts, enable free trade of uranium with smaller countries and be policed by secure shipments under armed guard. The advances could be monumental. The Dominion of Exetonia already has one of these programs in progress and would like to get this new act passes to shre it's breakthorughs with others but also, recieve support from other nations and their breakthroughs.
