These are my circumstances. I am on a college LAN. 40 people share one IP address. There are three people on this computer. Only one is (or was) a UN member. So even though there are three people's countries on this computer (owned by three different people), we are still not in violation of your rules.
Only one country on this computer is a UN member. We did it that way specifically to avoid the current situation. Please show me which other country (ies) you think veto my UN compliancy.
