I have a revision on Page 11 for the 'No Embargos for Medicine' proposal that was recently passed. It addresses the issue of international security, and I hope for assistance in getting it into Queue.

It is called 'NO EMBARGOS' revised. Among other things, it allows for prosecution of alleged spies by the laws of the nation that was spied upon, and confines doctors and any soldiers protecting them to the area in which they are working.

In addition, it leaves injured military personnel (unless grave enough to warrant immediate assistance) to military medics, and gives doctors the right to defend themselves when shot at.

I ask assistance in seeing this legislation passed to better international security in times of war.

I already endorsed it yesterday, but as fair warning, send me a telegram asking me to and I go clickity click on the "Withdraw Approval" link.

That is fair. I just hope others will spread the word..

I myself am concerned about the vagueness in regards to international security.
