UN is fixed!!!
If you notice, you can see that no matter how stupid a resolution ever was, it passed in the UN, this does not mean that the UN is literally fixed, though it is something to think about before you post a proposal.
From reviewing the history of the UN, it seems like to me, that there is no way for a resolution to actually not pass.

You are incorrect. 5 resolutions have failed to pass, 3 of them recently.
Yep. The first one I remember not making it was that whole Peace prize thing... that bombed spectacularly.

Talk about submitting a proposal in the wrong category....
The others, IIRC, were:
1) Back in June, something about international arms agreements...that failed because line breaks used to not show in resolutions, so it appeared as one huge mass of text.
2) The Cato Acts (Global Market)
3) The Bill of No Rights (Global Market)
4) The Geneticorp Convention (Global Market)
As you can see, TGM hasn't had much luck lately.

Dozens have failed. It just doesn't keep track of those that have failed.

Im proud to say that both La Habana and her sister nation Santiago De Cubana in the Union of Socialist States region both voted no on proposals 2, 3, and 4 8)
Yeah, we paid the Sec Gen 200Mil to fix the UN in our favor.

More resolutions than those 5 have failed to pass. There was one last year in late November about a minimum wage which only just got voted down after quite a nasty debate on the floor of the UN.
Those were the days.
