I believe that the UN Initiative on Aids is a noble and just cause especially when supporting the Public Health approach to mitigiating it.

I draw the line however when it comes to obtaining the medication at below market prices. "Below Market Prices" means to me, at cost. How in the world will drug companies begin to fund the next cure for the next big virus that comes along unless they get some income on this one?

Regrettably, I am voting No on this issue.
