I am asking for official recognition as the UN's mediator for space combat. If you find me incapable then so be it I will take no part on the UN's behalf for space combat. But, if you do support me I will do my best to help preserve peace.

I am a lone man trying to find purpose in this world. The purpose of me asking for this is so that I can also take part in this game.

OPERATION SARCASM

The 1st Army Group, supported by the air force, XIX Armored Division, and other elements of 2nd Army Group, must be prepared to defeat the armed forces of the UNSC in one extremely fast campaign.

The mass of the UNSC forces are to be destroyed in bold operations involving deep penetrations by armored spearheads, and the withdrawal of elements capable of combat into extensive UNSC-held spaces is to be prevented.

By means of a rapid pursuit a line is then to be reached from beyond which the UNSCAF will no longer e capable of attacking the Global Market home territories. The final objective of the operation is to be the attainment of a treaty of unconditional surrender by the UNSC.

Effective intervention by the UNSCAF is to be prevented from the very beginning of the operation by means of powerful attacks against it.

Forces currently stationed at the border are to begin their well-coordinated offensive at precisely 0430 hours, 8th October 2003.

IC: The Dictatorship of Apparitions supports The Global Market strongly in it's attempts to destroy the UNSC, even though it clearly doesn't need any support. It has already been agreed upon that the UNSC is not the leader of the ISI and that the UN shall be in control of the ISI. Therefore the UNSC MUST BE DESTROYED.

This should by rights have started life in either NationStates or International Incidents because of its non-UN-related RP overtones. However, given that it is nothing but senseless godmoding, it would only end up locked there. As a result, I'll lock it here and save anyone else the hassle.

A brief message to UNSC:
You may well be right that in isolated incidents "strategy and tactics" take precedence over "manpower", but in a situation in which a state with a population roughly 100 times greater than yours attacks you, strategy and tactics have little or no bearing on the matter, given that Global Market's soldiery (in relative terms to yours) would effectively be "totally replaceable" if casualties were suffered. If we assume the (insanely high) statistic that in every battle, 50% of each army is killed, your entire population would very quickly be exhausted for a comparatively small loss of life for your opposition. A famous quote in relation to the early history of the United States runs that Americans win wars "in the bedchamber" rather than on the ground, and this is what would happen were warfare between your nation and The Global Market to take place.
