I would like to propose the Introduction of the new production of a Walking Nuclear Battle Tank,You may know it As Metal Gear and will result in a new Nuclear Deterrance Operation in order,I would like the backing of the U.N. to Grant the permission to Arm nukes to Obliterate Regions Waging War on us all.
I speak for the Tiny Countries out there who are on the verge of destruction due to empires.

Nuclear weapons are a last resort for countries with no other option. Renard has not and will not ever research purchase or use WMDs and will oppose any move towards the UN possessing a nuclear capability.

I wish to protest this vile attack on rogue nations.

I know that rogue nations are not always popular, but be honest: haven't you at one time or another wanted to chuck it all, get your own island somewhere, and make your own rules? That's what being a rogue nation is all about!

Sure, some of us might offend others through our use of slant drilling, our funding of piracy, our state-mandated veganism, or our lax attitude towards public urination, but it's our insouciant flair and devil-may-care attitude that makes the world a more interesting and sexy place to live in!

I'm not saying there's anything wrong -- much -- with NOT being a rogue nation -- it's the difference between being a Luke Skywalker or a Han Solo. I'm just saying that we all gotta be what we all gotta be, and that for some of us that means going down the road less travelled. Don't be a rogue-nation-hater!

You are way to young to have WMDs. Maybe when you have 100million people and a good economy you can. Do you think you alone can protect the UN with your "Metal Gear"? Do you think the UN even has an intrest in helping you? How self centered is your nation?
BTW, the UN won't give you money, unless UN members give you money. You can't just say "The UN gave me nukes". There is no real UN, just a bunch of member nations. That's it. No Secretary General, no Security Council, no n00b-nuke service.

You know, often those nations that criticize rogue nations subconciously want to be rogue nations themselves. Don't tell me you don't feel the attraction!

Don't feel threatened by our freedom, our beauty, our laissez-faire attitude towards waste disposal. Rogue nations just want to be allowed to do what they want to, the way they want to! Admittedly, in some cases this may include helping themselves to some resources that might technically belong to another nation, but it's a small price to pay for the huge variety in national character!

Sure, there are rogue nations that misbehave. I'd be lying if I said there weren't. But to punish the rest of us for the actions of the few is simply wrong. I think that if you just let your hair down a little, learned to have some fun, and opened yourself up to the rogue nation within you'd get a lot more enjoyment and excitement out of nation-building.

Don't you see? By taking your bizarre logic to its final conclusion and flouting the rules and convention of other nations, you yourself are verging on rogue nationhood! Isn't it FREEING? Isn't it FUN?

I myself,am very much oppose to the use of Nuclear Weapons,not because it's destructive power,but the fallout(Nuclear bomb Radiation).After the bombing the people who are still alive are the one's who will suffer the most.I know that it isn't actually a nuclear bomb but I expect it to have the same after shock,therefore I say no to this proposal,but if you can create something like this,but without the side effects of nuclear radiation,I'll support you all the way.
