Intriguing Telegram
I received a telegram today telling me laws had been enacted bringing my nation into compliance with a UN resolution. However, it did not specify which resolution my nation was not in compliance with. All it said was UN resolution "". Would someone mind telling me what this was about? Or, even better, tell me what resolution my nation was not in compliance with? Thank you.
Sincerely,
The President of the Republic of Sparkinia
It was an after-effect of the server crash, a lot of people got these. (for future reference, this should be in the technical forum)
I got the same, but *shrugs* I didn't pay much attention to it. The NS UN has gone nuts, and I have little faith in it anyways.

There's a twinkie country calling itself Compliance Ministry that I already growled at about that telegram his national motto is "HA, people actually think I am sending telegrams!" Looks like he may be needing a smacking

It's VERY unlikely that he started spamming at the same time the server came back up. Plus the TGs had no links, so it was the real Compliance Ministry

It is not an obviously technical question and on it's face seems UN-related. Unless it is impossible for an untitled proposal to get processed, it could be passed leaving inattentive UN members scratching their heads. An untitled proposal could conceivably appear as empty quotes.
I am not one of the people behind the curtain and it certainly seems plausible to those who aren't. After all, replying to a subjectless email produces the subject heading "Re: ".
The Computer Networking Techs forgot that their Servers went crash and everyone of us got letters informing us that.
Aloha,

It's not a case of "forgot that the server crashed". They were aware of it. Just in the same way that your home computer probably takes a little while to be back in working order if it crashes, it's the same thing with the NS server. It just happens that we all get bizarre telegrams when it happens, as opposed to if it were your home computer where it might just refuse to run a program for a while.
