I got this in a telegram (I can sign in! Woo!):

"Laws have been enacted to bring the United Socialist States of Altaran into compliance with the United Nations "" resolution."

I realise the "" is where the name of the resolution would go (because of the server crash), but what is this telegram about? I've never had one before and I can see no change in my nation (apart from the issue I had yesterday).

Spoffin has a technical forum topic on this, and we are being referred there (I think that is what they mean when the simply say: 'This is handled in technical" and lock your thread).

So if you hurry you may still be able to find it before it gets buried.

My solution is to resign from the UN. The whole place is too annoying for words. Vast oceans of inane drivel.
