Support a healthy world
For the worldwide improvement of healthcare support the proposal "Healthcare for All". This proposal will make free healthcare compulsory throughout the world. This will be of particular help to poorer countries where there is a huge amount of suffering caused by a lack of healthcare, medecines, hospitals etc. Every country will be required to set up a free state health service. Poorer countries that cannot afford to do so will get financial help from richer countries.

IN a real wrold system, this would be highly undemocratic- you wouldn't even be able to afford elections, or if you could, it would be run only by the wealthy, clearly making your society an oligarchy.

Let me rephrase... zero INCOME tax.
We have a VERY SMALL sales and corporate tax that help finance our government's most essential activities, ie a legal system, elections, defense, etc.
Everything else is funded by user fees.

Everything else is funded by user fees.
