All UN resolutions are binding. I suppose it got deleted because that would change game mechanics.

i dont think my proposal is much sillier than the global market's ones. like the bill of no rights. what kind of idea is that huh? almost all the people who are part of nationstates UN know that what he did is fake and he deserves to have not have his bill on the quorum but the mods think he is cool oh well...
