Prisoners of war before the Geneva Convention were tortured or killed and usually never released. I support the ideas of the Geneva Convention and so I plan to form a new one

ARTICLE I: Prisoners of war cannot be submitted to torture

ARTICLE II: Prisoners cannot be executed

ARTICLE III: Interrigation of prisoner will be illegal under this act

ARTICLE IV: Officers still have command over men of theirs that are also being detained.

ARTICLE V: Officer shall not be submitted to any form of manual labor

ARTICLE VI: Prisoners will be released at the end of a war or conflict

Support the Etchar Act Now or Never !!!!!!!

This is fine in theory, but the problem is ....

NO ONE FOLLOWS THE GENEVA CONVENTION. And democracies do this too:

Nuremburg violates Article II
Our treatment of Taliban soldiers violates Article III
Article IV wouldn't exactly work...
Article V I disagree with
Many Nazi POWs weren't release until 1947, violating Article VI.
