Doomesday devices are becoming an increasing problem in the world today, with people constructing them like there's no tomorrow. Etchar will not stand for the mass destruction and loss of innocent life, after such incidents. Quite frankly, any nation that supports weapons of mass destruction is according to me definitely smokin' somethin' nasty or is just f---ed up. I cannot support this resolution.

Weapons of mass destruction discourage war... far more people were killed in conventional wars before 1945 than in modern wars since.

Thanks to WMDs, no two large countries will ever go to war again for the forseeable future. The world's conflicts are now much smaller, cheaper, and involve fewer casualties.

We will most likely never see the same scale of destruction that hte Nazis wreaked on Poland again.

Besides nukes save me money :lol: that I otherwise need to spend on armies.

The problem with nukes is that any psychotic little country can be a threat, and I'm totally opposed to a double standard among countries (thus if there is the right to have nukes, everyone should have that right).
