Ok, along with many topics with the subjest "The Bill Of No Rights Is Pointless", I've decided to argue for it.
When you look at it, it does make sense. It's basically the unwritten rule in America or in any other democratic/republic country. We don't have a God-given right for great furniture and happiness, but we do have the right to strive to get them. We don't a right to never be offended, or be hurt, or to hurt without punishment.
Although in some light, is does have a sense of it being mundane. But when you think about it, sometimes you have to let the people know that you have rights towards the pursuit of happiness, but no a right for happiness. You have the right to work hard and buy yourself that big TV, but you don't have the right to just have one because you are a citizen of whatever country you came from.
