Please note that the "The Bill of No Rights", currently being voted on, is not a furtherment of democracy resolution. This seems to me to be a violation of UN rules.

hmm. It still seems unsuitable to me. Ah well can't win 'em all.
some proposals just don't have a good topic, so you might have to pick one. i say: get over it.
I am remaining undecided on this resolution.
