I'm going to test the waters before I pass a third resolution that fails :
Be it resolved by this honourable United Nations that:
No government shall expand or abridge the rights or responsibilities of any individual on account of race.
Be it further resolved that:
The United Nations shall issue an official statement condemning all forms of racial discrimination.
Be it further resolved that:
This resolution shall in no way be interpreted as to violate the right of individuals to free speech, free association and assembly, or any other freedoms previously granted by their governments and not specific to race.

You realize, of course, that this resolution is racist don't you?

Racism to end all racism
I should repropose it as "Government shall make no policy with respect to race or ethnicity."
Even an idiot could understand that (I hope)
I don't understand how that is racism.
I'm sorry for what may be acting like a fool, but how is that racist? :?
I should repropose it as "Government shall make no policy with respect to race or ethnicity."
Also, how about we even reach it out to just all races, ethnicities, religions, sexualities, genders, age groups, and political parties?

If by "equal opportunity laws" you mean forcing whites and Asians to get 300 more SAT points to be judged on the same level as blacks and Hispanics, then yes this will abolish those.
Once upon a time, there was a farmer who could grow corn or potatoes. He grew whatever crop grew better, which was usually the corn, until one day, laconic men in dark sunglasses came and told him that, in the interests of diversity, he would have to grow more potatoes, regardless of which crop grew better. This is basically how affirmative action works in every way but one: there is actually a difference between corn and potatoes.
At the very least, affirmative action is bad because it gives people entitlements based on race, a biological fantasy. But it’s even worse than that. The government does it.
While private entities usually produce or trade for the things they want, governments have found it much easier to take them by physical force. Thus, dealings with the government, such as affirmative action, are zero-sum games. Admissions gains by underqualified blacks and Hispanics are exactly matched by admissions losses by qualified whites and Asians. According to a 1993 Sowell study, the average SAT score of black students admitted to U-Cal Berkeley was 952. This is about three hundred points lower than the average white student, admitted with a score of 1232, and the average Asian student, with a score of 1254. Three hundred points can make a huge difference. And if you want those three hundred points, you shouldn’t rely on your melanin, you should study like the rest of us. Even the government admits that affirmative action leads to the rejection of qualified applicants. In 1995, the Federal Aviation Administration published a handbook that stated, “The merit promotion process is but one means of filling vacancies, which need not be utilized if it will not promote your diversity goals.” Moreover, the General Accounting Office has found that many top universities had engaged in systematic discrimination in the failure to admit highly qualified Asian students in order to admit underqualified black and Hispanic students.
There’s enough racism as it is in America. We don’t need affirmative action to make it worse. Affirmative action is like issuing a statement that says blacks are too stupid to succeed on their own.
The scariest thing of all? The proponents of affirmative action often trace their ideological roots back to the civil rights movement. Back then, civil rights groups fought against the use of race in admissions and hiring. Today, ‘civil rights’ groups fight for the use of race in admissions and hiring. They use state power, not unlike the racists their valiant predecessors fought, to enforce racial associations that they deem desirable.
As you can probably tell, I’m an Asian. But more than being an Asian, I’m an individual. I’m me. Affirmative action claims that I should be judged, not as an individual, but as an Asian. It’s an absurd, unjust, zero-sum game that fosters massive racial resentment. Let’s all get together and kill it with an ax.

No, thats affirmative action. It's a common misunderstanding, would you like me to explain to you what equal oppourtunity laws are?

Laws that say that companies cannot turn down peopel for jobs simply because of thier race or sexual orientation.
This depends on teh certain situation. This will NOT abolish those laws if the company is recieving public money, as is the case with most corporations... because teh company would then be bound to this resolution.
However it WILL abolish those laws if teh company is NOT recieving public money... in that case it is an issue of property rights and freedom of association.
Yes, those laws are evil.
There's no valid reason to force someone to associate with someone if he doesn't want to.
Fucking fascist...

No. That would fall under the "Bill of Non-Human Rights" which I had written earlier.
