Please support this proposal. It is ridiculous what people sue for and in the long run these law suits cost us money through rising prices and rising insurance.

There's no such thing as a "pointless lawsuit." People sue because there is some point. Usually, it is money. . .

I would totally support this proposal. The culture of 'sue cases' is extremely annoying and a huge waste of money therefore it must be stopped.

But perhaps a little too popular and some cases are a little too absurd and wrong (such as prisoners suing prison wardens etc).
