Bill I
Nations of either one or more regions have the right to build economic relations that will either enhance or further develop the growth of one of more nations and regions.
Bill II
Regional cooperation between either regions or nations that will either assist in the development or promotion or industries and ventures that lead to the development either in part or as a whole of regions and/or nations.
Bill III
Nations and/or regions can join in military ventures and space development for the furtherment or international and/or inter-regional and/or intra-regional development or Space Explorations and Military Defense Development.
Bill IV
For the furtherment or inter-regional and international cooperation and protection, Members of different nations and regions can, as they see fit, protect the vital industries and economic development or nations of the same or other regions.
All measures of this proposed Act can be applied for either International, inter-regional or intra-regional development as seen fit by the initiator(s) or the enactment(s). Furthermore, this Act can be applied either in-part or as a whole for the positive development of both parties involved. Be they either international, intra-national, inter-regional or intra-regional.
