We of Drakosovar have declared war on Francos Spain. We've done it in the international incidents thread, but as we are a UN member we thought we should let the UN know what we have done.
Please note at this stage we do not consider this a 'war' in the traditional sense of the word. However we suspect that Francos has some WMD and we intend to use our nuclear hand grenade wielding winged monkeys to carry out a pre-emptive police action that will ensure that our road map to peace with Francos Spain is unhindered by trivial matters such as his country not being an oil rich nuclear wasteground.

Why are winged monkeys always bad? Why are there not happy, peaceloving winged monkeys? I'm sure they exist somewhere...

Further to our previous post we have reconsidered our options. Francos Spain has clearly committed a hostile act against Drakosovar and apparently 500 others (according to information we have received). Drakosovar is a UN member. Consequently we are calling upon our colleagues in the United Nations to lend military support to our pre-emptive police action against Francos Spain.
We can assure you that this incident will be over in a few months and once the current dictatorship has been overthrown we would have every intention of returning rule of the country to its own people. Eventually. Once we have ensured the security of the oil wells, secured some trade rights and generally pillaged them of everything they have.
