Cato Acts Doomed to Failure

I admit it. The Cato Acts tried to accomplish too much and failed.

Now to get a jump start on debating for the next resolution, please vote for the Bill of No Rights... make note... the Bill of No Rights makes statements such as "You do not have the right to free healthcare"... this simply means that earlier resolutions such as Disease Free become Null and Void. It simply means that your nation does not HAVE to provide free healthcare, it does NOT mean that you can't provide free healthcare if you choose to provide it. In effect, this restores national sovereignity over things like healthcare and speech and stuff like that.

That said, the Bill of No Rights was copied from www.capitalism.com. I have it on a word file so I don't know the exact URL.

Right-o. So in a perfect world, choosing which fictional god to believe in is more important than being cured of a crippling but preventable disease.

I'm struggling, but things are starting gradually to make sense.
