I've read the Davis Proposal and I must say it's great. I would approve it but i'm not a UN delegate so I would urge all you Delegates out there to go and approve it now!

Well it's true.
Hydrogen Powered Vehicles is a resolution that has already been passed, but it just says that every nation must develop a hydrogen powered car. This would complement it nicely.
