sounds good. But remember to put them to work in your mines. At least make a profit off their misery...

If you massacre them then you will have the costly bill of cleaning up the bodies not to mention the price of the bullets you used or what ever other method employed why not just send them on to another more caring nation if you can't be bothered. That will save your nation from any economic cost.

Or you could export them as "exotic meat"

The way I figure, my population isn't growing fast enough. If they want to come into my country, good for them.

Perhaps, instead of keeping up such a massive influx of asylum seekers as a constant international issue-and giving populist politicians a boost to their careers-why not do something constructive about the situation/crisis/war that they're all fleeing from. A global effort/aid/military intervention in such countries may perhaps be risky, but it just can't go on like this. C'mon, it's not a new problem is it?

This is wrong.

Refugees are fleeing their countries because their lives are terrible and inhumane.

We developed nations have a responsibility to look after these people and give them the life that they deserve.

What responsibility ? Just because we are developed dosent mean we have to help if we don't want to. After all if some chap came knocking on my door saying he was moving in because of the crap conditions in is house. I wouldent let him, I'm not responsible for those conditions its up to them to fix there problems and move on. On the other hand if he came round and said he was having difficulties and would appreciate my help in giving him advice I would do what I could.

You just need more boarder guards. They'll usually go away if they have guns pointed at them. If they don't, the guards can shoot at the crowds feet. Then they'll be sure to flee. It looks much better for your country to simply turn them away then to kill them all.

I'll support this proposal, if I have the option of not actually shooting them all. I just kind of want them to go away. If they want to come in, they can immigrate and become citizens. There's no reason for them to take our fine citizens jobs and then send the money back home to their native country.

I just live on an island in a lake in the middle of the desert. Asylum seekers try to go somewhere else.
