18-09-2003, 22:30
If I have undestood correctly the nation with most endosrments in a Region becomes automatically the delegate? yes ? and even one endorsment is enough, if no one else in the region is endorsed?

No you have to have at least 50% of the region's total military strength.

No you have to be the region's strongest nation so you can seize power in a bloody coup d'etat. "coup d'etat" sounds so sophisticated.

Especially in the Pacific.

It's OK little guy.

I must warn you that I've run my own region since the fourth of July, and I only today became delegate, when I un-endorsed the delegate who was letting her nations die, and at the same time I recieved two more endorsements bringing my grand total to three.

And Global, yes, please. This one is behaving itself so be nice.

Welcome, sorry about the digression.

An IGNORE Cannon, btw means that the one who recieved the fire no longer exists in the RP, and any further comments are spam.

PS: This really belongs in tech.

To become delegate, aside from being a UN member, of course, you must have either more endorsements than anyone else in the region or be tied with the highest endorsement earner and your country starts with a lower letter than the country(s) that you are tied with. The game checks once a day at roughly 0900 GMT every day to determine who the delegate of any region is. I hope this helps.

Endorse resolutions, gets one aditional vote for every UN member in their region, and if the founder permits(or if there is no founder) access regional control.

TGM, if you continue to taunt the n00bs one of them might bite you someday.
