The government of Sparkinia is considering the submission of a National Sovereignty Proposal. This proposal would assert the sovereignty of the governments of each individual nation, and also provide that any other proposals that might impact that sovereignty (such as "Common Sense Act II") be prevented from going to the resolution stage. This proposal would not affect any other resolutions that have already been passed, such as the aforementioned Common Sense Act II.
Before submitting this proposal, however, the government of Sparkinia would like to know if there would be any support for such a proposal as the one we are considering.
