Un Delegates: Please read over and if you agree, please support this proposal for legislation by searching for it in the "List Proposals" Part of your UN page and click to Aprove it. It is on page 7.
Press Secretary of Hudackia (Sept 16,2003):
PS of Hudackia:
Good afternoon UN Delegates. This conference is being brought to your attention today due to the recent acceptance of proposal. The De-Elimination of Bio Weapons Act simply will repeal the Elimination of Bio Weapons act of April 2003.
As UN members, we must have the right to research and develop Bio Weapons for our own safety. Currently, due to UN laws, the Elimination Act only prohibits UN Nations from having these weapons. Non-UN Nations can have, will have, and do have access to research and development of such weapons and there is nothing the UN can do about it.
The Elimination Act of April also goes against the Fight the Axis of Evil Act passed a year ago as well as the Scientific Freedom Act passed months after. This Bio Elimination Act contradicts two former UN policies.
In conclusion, The De-Elimination Act will allow the UN States to research, develop for security, and seek out countries who already are harvesting these weapons. Questions?
Nevert: Yes, don't you feel this act will encourage UN Nations to use Bio Weapons for war and evil?
PS of Hudackia: That is a possibility, but who is to say that the current ability of having nuclear weapons doesn't constitute the same encouragement? It is up to the UN and the Good of humanity to regulate these weapons.
I'm sorry, but that is all the time and space we have for questions. If you have any further questions, please contact Hudackia in a telegram. Thank you for coming and thank you for your time.
