Hello All:
I've just posted a proposal asking all future proposers to look at the already-passed resolutions. Being a UN member for many months now, I've seen too many resolutions calling for things already-passed by the UN to go into effect.
It seems to me that common sense would make one look at what has already passed before submitting a proposal, but....
oh well. Consider adding your support by endorsing the Duplicate Proposals and Resolutions Act. :D
